We are in the Wetherby News this week – Find out more about our new offices, new staff and our 2016 chosen charity ‘ Our Angels’.
Local accountancy firm, Franks Accountants, has moved to new, state-of-the-art offices in Wetherby on the back of on-going business expansion.
Previously operating from a two-room office space, continued business success has facilitated the company’s move to its new branch on The Shambles.
With seven rooms across two floors, Franks Accountants’ new offices boast a welcoming reception area, modern meeting rooms, and private office space for confidential consultations.
The firm’s relocation to larger offices has been partly necessitated by the addition of new members to the Franks Accountants’ team. Due to further new client wins, the number of employees has doubled in the past year.
Recent appointments include welcoming accountant Jo Pearson to the team. With nineteen years’ accountancy experience behind her, Jo advises small businesses with all aspects of accountancy, tax, and business growth.
‘I’m delighted to have Jo on board,’ said Managing Director, Adam Franks. ‘Her wealth of experience ensures that we’re ideally placed to further support and advise our variety of clients, helping them to continue to grow and develop their businesses.’
The on-going growth of Franks Accountants has enabled the accountancy firm’s continued support of their chosen charity of the year. For each new client win, Franks Accountants donate £100 to Our Angels: the Harrogate-based charity that supports bereaved families grieving the loss of a child.
Continued business success means that the team are already set to exceed their £5,000 annual donation target for 2016.
One of the area’s fastest-growing accountancy firms, Franks Accountants specialise in financial support for small businesses. Unlimited client support and a broad range of services means the team now advises over 100 businesses in the Yorkshire area.
