Accountant Leeds

Wetherby’s fast growing accountancy firm Franks Accountants has assisted with the growth of a long-established Yorkshire retailer, thanks to the power of social media.

Leeds-based Four Seasons Interiors, which specialises in designing and installing kitchen furniture and has been trading for more than 25 years, has recently acquired Danby Interiors. This has allowed the company to expand into new markets, including fitted bedrooms and enabled them to show an even more comprehensive range of quality kitchen appliances.

Adam Franks, owner of Franks Accountants, helped with the acquisition process and his advice, which included splitting the company into different groups, has helped maximise Four Season’s profitability during this period of growth.

Franks Accountants, which was formed last year, has amassed more than 50 clients and offers accounting, tax and business support to a range of businesses, including SMEs, start-ups and entrepreneurs.

It was through #WetherbyHour, a Twitter initiative which evolved into a networking event, that Adam and Four Seasons Interiors managing director, Ian Sandford, met.

Ian Sandford, managing director of Four Seasons Interiors, said: “The acquisition of Danby Interiors complements our achievements at Four Seasons, and it has allowed the company to supply some of the best known brands to our customers, making us one of the most successful dealers in Leeds.”

“Franks Accountants business advice has given the company a new lease of life and a fresh approach to accounting with its hands on support and personal touch, which has given me the confidence to move Four Seasons Interiors forward. Adam’s positive attitude and proactive work has been fantastic, and it is a pleasure to work with him.”

Adam Franks, owner of Franks Accountants, said: “It is an exciting period for Franks Accountants and with clients such as Four Seasons on board, this will allow the business to grow further.”

“I am delighted to have assisted Ian with the growth of his business. Ever since our initial meeting he has been very positive and a joy to work with and I would like to wish him all the best with his business and look forward to continuing our excellent work relationship.”
