We do try to support our local suppliers but it’s not that easy to source Yorkshire Cocoa!
Reset assured however, we always use the BEST quality ingredients we can get our hands on, whether it be from near or far. We have a strong beliefs in the field to fork route and always research where our ingredients originate. We spend a lot of time looking to use the most ethical, fairly traded, quality ingredients we can find. If it is available locally, that is where we get it from.
