They pride themselves on their excellent customer service, getting to know their clients and their businesses, improving profits and reducing tax liabilities.

They are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Administrator to support the team. You will need to be self-motivated and happy to help with any tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office at all times.

Main duties:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Diary/ Email management to the directors
  • Drafting client correspondence
  • Assisting with billing, client engagement procedures
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Ensure our meeting rooms are maintained, well presented & ready for meetings
  • Responsible for office and kitchen supplies, including stationery.
  • Assisting teams with data entry & maintaining our databases
  • General Office Housekeeping Duties
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as requested

Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:

  • Educated to GCSE level with 5 A-Cs including Maths and English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organised
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Previous Administration experience
  • He/she must be flexible, have a high degree of maturity, self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • He/she must be trustworthy and sensitive when exposed to confidential information

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the compliance aspects of portfolio personal clients.
  • Provide advice to clients and assist in other tax consultancy work.
  • Preparation of income tax returns of: sole traders; partnerships; directors; and high net worth individuals.
  • Preparation and review of VAT tax returns.
  • Capital Gains Tax computations.
  • Preparation of Corporation tax returns, reviewing returns and tax computations.
  • Experience in dealing with HM Revenue and Customs with regards to client’s tax affairs.
